Celebrating Arizona’s Conservation Legacy
The Arizona Outdoor Hall of Fame is Wildlife for Tomorrow’s signature recognition event, honoring individuals and organizations whose leadership, service, and dedication have made a lasting contribution to Arizona’s wildlife, wild places, outdoor heritage, and conservation community.
The annual induction banquet brings together conservation leaders, public agencies, nonprofit organizations, corporate partners, donors, elected officials, outdoor recreation groups, and community stakeholders for an evening of recognition, storytelling, relationship-building, and fundraising.
Bouquot Consulting provides comprehensive event leadership, including sponsorship development, guest and stakeholder communications, program development, auction and fundraising coordination, event production, vendor management, run-of-show development, board and speaker coordination, and post-event reporting.
Arizona Outdoor Hall of Fame
Building Community Through Competition and Conservation
The Conservation Cup was developed as an engaging fundraising event that brings Arizona’s conservation community together through outdoor recreation, friendly competition, sponsorship, and shared support for wildlife conservation.
The event creates an opportunity for corporations, conservation organizations, agency representatives, community leaders, and outdoor enthusiasts to connect with Wildlife for Tomorrow’s mission in a highly participatory setting.
Bouquot Consulting supports the event from initial concept and financial planning through sponsorship development, registration, communications, logistics, fundraising activities, partner coordination, event-day execution, financial reconciliation, and final reporting.

Coordinates events and initiatives involving nonprofit organizations, public agencies, businesses, conservation groups, and community partners. This includes developing shared goals, defining responsibilities, coordinating communications, managing timelines, and ensuring multiple organizations can successfully deliver one unified effort.
Mesquite Wildlife Oasis Educational Programming
Coordinates a large-scale field-trip program serving thousands of Arizona students annually. Work includes scheduling schools, coordinating educators and partners, managing program calendars and logistics, communicating with teachers and administrators, developing educational resources, and supporting program delivery and reporting.
Donor Cultivation & Stewardship
Supports donor engagement beyond traditional fundraising asks by coordinating communications, recognition, relationship-building opportunities, planned-giving conversations, and meaningful ways for donors to remain connected to an organization’s mission.
820 Day – Arizona’s Day of Giving for Wildlife
Coordinates a statewide awareness and fundraising initiative involving businesses, conservation organizations, board members, agency partners, supporters, and community voices. Work includes partner recruitment, campaign development, outreach, communications, social media content, fundraising opportunities, and stakeholder coordination.
Board, Agency & Stakeholder Convenings
Supports meetings and gatherings that bring together nonprofit leadership, government agencies, corporate partners, elected officials, conservation organizations, and community stakeholders. Becky manages the information, communications, materials, schedules, and follow-through required to move conversations toward decisions and action.
