The Work Behind the Mission

Much of the work that moves a nonprofit forward happens behind the scenes.

Throughout her career, Becky Bouquot has worked alongside nonprofit boards, executive leaders, public agencies, corporate partners, educators, volunteers, contractors, donors, and community stakeholders to turn ideas and priorities into completed work.

Her role has often been to connect the pieces—organizing people, clarifying responsibilities, building practical systems, improving communication, and keeping projects moving from discussion through implementation.

Her work has included:

• Preparing board reports, presentations, agendas, and decision-making materials

• Coordinating boards, committees, partners, contractors, and volunteers

• Developing operating calendars, project timelines, budgets, workplans, and tracking systems

• Managing grants, sponsorships, donor stewardship, partnerships, programs, and organizational priorities

• Creating donor, sponsor, board, partner, and public communications

• Developing websites, graphics, digital forms, templates, and other organizational tools

• Building AI-assisted workflows and automations to improve efficiency

• Identifying operational gaps and solving problems before they delay progress

• Managing projects from early planning through implementation, reporting, and completion

Across each project, Becky’s strength is the same: seeing the larger goal, understanding what needs to happen next, and organizing the people, tools, and details required to get it done.
